The fact that he claimed he was a doctor is not that far fetched; I had some talks with him in private, he actually did respond normally and completely coherent (albeit with a few grammatical errors). Man knew his domain, we talked about med school, and some of what he works, and he couldn't have invented on the spot about the medical termimology and some cases.

He was Italian as he claimed (or at least knew the language), as he did respond to me in when I adressed him in that language.

I don't know exactly what happened to him and why he acted like that, when talked to privately he seemed to be normal.

I don't know man. True that on the forums he acted... well, weird. In private tough he was like a whole different person. He was quite literally normal.
