Kishimoto is really good at world building, and character making, but he is awful at writing. He creates these awesome elaborate worlds but gets lost in them and is too retarded to have a story to match the world and loses track of all his characters that just get lost in the shuffle.
He's really an awful mangaka, the world is cool but as a writer he's garbage. A lot of manga have separate writers and illustrators which is good because the writing is just as important as the visuals.
It's like games today (Another Era Pill for you). The games are all about graphics but no one cares about gameplay anymore (except Japanese).
The only excuse I give Naruto is he was too retarded to realize Hinata liked him. Other than that he is cucked out.

He got sharingan cheat code but redeemed himself after he lost it by still being kage tier regardless, and it came at a price since it messed up his body bad and he couldn't handle it so really it evened itself out and brought him back where he started in terms of advantages and disadvantages.
I relate to Kakashi too, not as much as Minato but he's a cool character as well. Now that I'm an adult looking back at the show Minato is my favorite.
