No it's about 60-80% genetic.

Sleep, diet and excercise while growing up are very very important. I was supposed to be atleast 5'11" based on my height as a kid and my parents height. But waking up for school and malnutrition in my early teens stunted me.

My wingspan is 6" more than my height, so yeah I should've grown more.

It's a common trend for chincels to be short, since mouthbreathing causes both receding lower-thirds and sleep apnea.
