Fair point, it is hard to come up with a realistic solution to inceldom. Ideally, I'd like a scenario where either we pay local women to marry incels or just import foreign women to marry local incels. I'd also like a policy where sperm banks only stock incel sperm.

How you determine at government level who is incel or how you find the money to finance either of the above schemes is a very difficult question I'd struggle to answer. I could say increase sin taxes on things like alcohol or gambling but idk if even that would do it.
