Yeah, I made this because the SMV system (out of 10) was really confusing, since there are no percentages attached to it, so there's a lot of disparity about where a certain number would stand in a given population. I thought maybe we could shift to a more standard approach, utilizing standard deviations rather than ambigious numbers.
