Media My thoughts on the comic "Crossed" + it's upcoming movie adaptation.

Garth Ennis made this and he's also the creator of The Boys comic. Crossed is basically the walking dead if the zombies were able to plan, use weapons, say swear words and rape people.

I thought it was pretty entertaining since it has all the cheap, edgy thrills I enjoy in media. But the actual story was pretty enjoyable too.

There's a movie adaptation coming out this year and obviously the violence, rape and slurs are gonna be turned way the fuck down. They might even add in some woke bullshit like they did with The Boys after season 1.

Had me there for a second, mr Ennis is a boomer, and his generation have been brainwashed root and stem to despise nazis.

That, and he's made nazis and Klansman villains in his comics before like in punisher max and preacher

i only read one zombie comic, i think, none of that popular marvel x zombies shit, it was a comic by warren ellis, probably because i was trying to read more of what that guy wrote, after reading transmetropolitan and thinking it was pretty fun

it was really stupid, you can read the plot outline of the comic i read here and laugh at how trannied out it is, it really has a little bit of everything
