Venting My shoulders are literally compressed on my ribcage

I have a somewhat Broad ribcage, but my shoulders are compressed on it, they dont hang straight, my shoulders look like the shoulders of a an old man with incident shoulders


im wondering if clavicle lengthening could Cure that
