Serious My right eyelid is twitching, anyone experienced this?

For the past few weeks, my right eyelid has been spasing out. Is it because I consume too much caffeine or is it stress? Has anyone experienced this?

I googled it and the left eye is bad luck and the right eye is good luck. I don't believe in luck anyways because I believe in God.

Nope it just twitches at random times

Both my eyelids have been twitching for weeks

It could be too much caffeine, it could be too much alcohol, it could be magnesium deficiency. I had very very severe eyelid twitches when I had benzo withdrawals. Recently when I was taking valerianic acid regularly and quit taking it, I also had eyelid twitches. Its probably a sign of insufficient amounts of gaba.
