They do actually have a lot of possible meanings:
- The three tiers of men: incels, normies, Chads.
- The three most fAMous incel mass shootERs (Cho being the last one)
- The three-stage pill: bluepill, redpill, blackpill.
- Coping, roping, or going ER.
- Three copes for sex: masturbation, escortmaxxing, dollmaxxing.
- The "holy trinity" of face, height, race.
- The three previous major communities housing incels: /r9k/, r/incels, and .is.
- The three forums Master owns: .is, .org, and neets.net.

And many more...

Stars have five points, this could represent even more, such as the five races/continents, etc.
