I would spend 5 hours explaining it but in short:
Both are separatists who want independence from Spain, 90% of them voted for the woke goverment parties or separatist parties that support the goverment.
In basque "country" and Catalonia people literally can insult or beat up you for using a flag of Spain.
In Catalonia and basque country education is only in catalonian of basque and not in spanish.
Knowledge of catalonian is required to have most of jobs in that region.
After the most recent election the woke president Sánchez needed separatists to gain majority in the parliament so they have blackmailed him and now the fagsques and catalonians are stealing everything from Spain and probably will get an independence referendum.
