Venting My OCD is Driving me Insane

I got diagnosed with OCD a while ago and about 85% of my day is spent obsessing about how I am shorter and inferior to almost everyone at 5'5" and how there are heath hazards that are causing me to deteriorate. It is driving me fucking insane and I don't know how much longer I can handle this. It makes it worse that at the store today about 75% of the women were taller than me . My therapist didn't do anything to help my issue and I constantly feel like shit. I have this constant annoying fucking lump in my throat because of the panicking. I'm living for the day I reach peace. Hopefully it will come to me and all of you who are suffering. Thank you for listening.
