This is something that had a major impact on my life and mental state.

Back when I was around 15 I was at school and my neighbour's GF came up to me and asked if I lived beside him. I said yes and she started laughing and went to one of her guy friends and told him something. Later I found out through an acquaintance what she told him. Apparently one night he was in his backyard and saw me jerking off through the window so he recorded it and showed it to a bunch of people.

I never told my parents this because of how embarrassing it was + it would be pointless it would be because I couldn't really prove it.

Since this happened I've always been extremely paranoid about people seeing me through the windows doing anything and ALWAYS need to have the blinds down at night because I feel like people are watching me.
