Therapy isn't blue pilled bullshit. My therapist is mum on any of his personal beliefs ( as any true professional would be ) and just helps me learn to cope better and control my thought processes to avoid panic (cognitive behavioural therapy).

If you have a therapist that tells you "how it is " then they are a shit therapist and arent doing their jobs correctly.
