Normally around 12, today I woke up at 9:30 due to the heat and light in my room, stayed in bed for a few more hours but didn’t go back to sleep. I got about 5 hours sleep max.

They could probably be in the room right next to him. It’s pretty easy to hear stuff tbh at goes on in the room right next to you unless the walls are very thick.
