I asked her to do something for me, she didn't want to and said out of nowhere "what's wrong with your face" in a joking manner, the context was "what's wrong with you" I think, I've never had this happen before, but I'm not too surprised, I've read that halo effect also affects children and their parents. I may be wrong and she might not have been insulting my face, but I doubt it, I've been called out on my appearance by relatives many times in the past, in fact not too long ago an 8 year old cousin of mine (a boy) said "hey its the ugly kid" again in a joking way. I'm not exaggerating btw, because I'm aware that's exactly what it sounds like, I honestly look very ugly, it's a fact, I would be reluctant to date a person who looks like me, I have very unfortunate features, it ruins me and I try hiding my face with hoodies.
Anyone else have this shit happen to you? It hurts the most when it's from a family member, I just want to rent a small apartment, work from home, play video games, chill here and never go outside for the rest of my life, I've been called ugly an made fun of so many times.
Any outsiders reading this, I don't post here because I'm a "vile rapist misogynist women hating bigot", I post here because I've been rejected and bullied for my face. Being ugly allows you to see true human nature, so when you say "looks don't matter", I say Fuck you.
Never forget this formula: Looks = Life
