My miserable lifestyle: I spend most of my day in bed

Because of my health issues, I'm in bed for most of the day. This is really not a great lifestyle. I feel so stuck in this. No money to spend it on copes. It really feels like a prison. A lot of people have no idea what it's like to live like this.

It is miserable, been this way for 4 years now. Used to have squats to cope with but that is long gone now. Mine is less to do with poor health, though I do have a herniated disc that makes normal activities a pain in the ass.

I would still do things but I'm too much in pain or my body doesn't function very well. Sorry to hear man. Try to increase activity levels gradually, little by little, if possible.
