It is a unsalvageable mess. There are so many things wrong with me, my psyche differs so much from a normal person that as soon as someone speaks to me they can sense how non NT I am. I can't even pretend to be NT, I don't have it in me, it takes so much brain power cause my thinking patterns are so messed up.
