My life has become a hellish misery

In one week my health has gone to absolute shit. I feel as if God himself has cursed me.


First of all, I've been suffering from chronic pain in my chest, arm, and back. It might be heart issues, maybe it's fucked up muscle. I'm not sure. I've cut myself off from caffeine and sugar because they were giving me sharp chest pain. Because of this I have absolutely 0 energy to keep me going. My insomnia has prevented me from having any amount of sleep at all so I constantly feel dead with 0 energy. I've had issues with my gums. A gum flap has developed in the back of my molars. It might have to do with wisdom teeth, but it has become incredibly swollen and painful. I'm in a constant state of pain and I don't have the energy to do anything.
