This thing has been eating away at my legs for nearly a year now. Even when I was heavier my leg muscles started wasting away. I can't get anything sorted now with Corona, I just have to carry on. I was supposed to have a neurology appointment sometime but that probably won't happen now.
Losing weight was always not going to help I suppose but I want the fat gone. To try and prevent further muscle loss I have tried to get at least 150g protein/day in 2000 calories and I also have BCAA. My arms are also like sticks but I've had by far the most trouble with my legs. Even though I'm not underweight for my height at ~165 lbs my arms and especially legs are cancer tier.
