I got a job 4 months ago which is why i haven’t been as active. Wageslaving sucks, i get paid 30€ a day for 6 hours work. I carry heavy boxes for most of the day and i get paid a cashiers salary. Most of my coworkers are woman since it’s a customer service job. Almost all of them are like 20+ years older than me. I’m cool with a couple of them but the managers (woman) are straight up dickheads, always acting like i’m an idiot for not knowing something that there’s no way for me to know. They also lash out at me sometimes. I only really like 2 of my female coworkers, one is in their 40s and the other late 20s, very kind souls. But the rest of them can eat a bag of dicks. I even screamed at one of my female coworkers because she always bossed me around despite not being the manager and making me do HER chores, and because she also threatened me which i don’t take kindly of. I was legitimately about to hit her but stopped myself last second. That was the loudest i ever yelled at someone and im surprised someone could even get me this mad since im a calm person. I was honestly so tired of her disrespect towards me.I thought i would lose my job after that but surprisingly she didn’t report me. She probably thought i would never say anything since im a quiet and polite person, i don’t know why people always mistake my politeness and kindness as weakness. Now i’m thinking about quitting because the disrespect i get daily and the amount of work i do for that shit hole company doesn’t match the pay i want and deserve. I should be getting a minimum of 720€ monthly. Other jobs offer higher pay with less work or equal pay with less work. My boss probably thinks i’m a sucker for putting up with his bullshit for so long.
