I notice she became aware of me and looked back. Then she SPED UP. I sped up to get in front of her to show that incels aren't rapey, just ugly.

Later, two blocks away, I was behind a black woman. She turned around and looked at me. Then crossed over immediately.

Today, I walked into Subway for some food. I said hello to the Eastern European 5/10 foid earning her minimum wage. She ignored me then just asked me what I want. She came across as annoyed that I came in.

This is inceldom. Not "no girls approached me in highschool. I'm incel". No, inceldom is you can't even walk down the fucking street without femoids thinking you're creepy. Holy shit. I am so close to going ER. If I had ... the means, I would have done it already.

Don't you live in London though? Try going to a smaller town, people are much more friendly. I recently moved from a medium sized town (30k people) to a "big" city (400k). In the city everyone seems a bit pissed off all the time. In my town most people were friendly and normal.

I just stare straight ahead and never make eye contact with people. Don't stare at the ground, that's weak and submissive. If life's going to make you suffer for being ugly, then the worst you can do is submit to that suffering. OP you gotta stop this. The EE girl would do that to anyone, you said it yourself she is on minimum wage far away from home. As others said the other 2 times probably more to do with intimidation than ugliness, and I'm sure there is some intimidation into attractiveness (E.g. Masculinity) theory going round. You live in a place where single men outnumber women 3 to 1, it's sad but natural they feel entitled to pull shit like this.
