idk why but it makes a loud crack sound. it's like the bones are in the wrong place even tho they arent

this started like 3 years ago or so

i fear that this might be a more serious medical condition, but i dont feel pain when it makes the sound so idk

I can tell you why from personal experience. Don't open it too wide or that will happen. Try to be conscious of how much your jaw move and try to lower the amount of your mouth opens. It will stop the popping and the cracking.

Sometimes you can't help it and it happens.
