No matter how much I study and rehearse questions I think will be asked, I always falter and become a nervous mess. I recently had an interview and I got so nervous and mumbling. The interviewer cut the interview short and that shit made me feel so pathetic.

Interviews are not really about answering questions or answering them correctly (especially if you're applying for non-specialized position that only requires a couple of days of training after hiring).
The interviewers are mostly examining if you are NT enough. You can prepare for all the question and the answers you're planning to give, you will never pass as a NT.

you need to be chill, know the technical stuff, AND show life experience because often interviewers will switch to talking about travelling, workshops and team building towards the end of the interview
it shouldn't be impossible you just need to be prepared

Same here, over a decade spent job hunting, and still can't get through that shit. Interviews are awful, anyway, it's all a social exercise, when it should really just be about what you know and are capable of. It's NT, normie shit that really pisses me off.
