it would function like the Amish do, neo Luddite. It would be much smaller pockets tho, small tribes of about 10-30 incels would live in a Amish style community where they would all do their daily work and get the rewards of their labour via Luddite socialism (just like the Amish). The difference is that (although it would function like the Amish within economics and such) there would be technology in Inceldia. It just depends what your village is able to make and maintain.

There would be no women within my utopia and if a incel wanted to have kids then he would donate sperm consenting woman from another country and she would send his son back after 9 months. These women would understand this is the only way to keep us out of their countries so they would probably do it. Every incel would be allowed 1 son (in order to keep the population the exact same). If he was abusive/neglectful to his son then the son would be moved into another incels care. Preferably, said women would have to be ugly because we wouldn’t want Inceldia to be full of giga chads after 2 generations.

Laws would be chosen, independently by each village via a vote. There would be no national constitution but considering incel all have very similar values, I don’t doubt they would vote the same. Speaking of which, incels with certain beliefs would live in the same villages (socialists with socialists, fascists with fascists) this would be to prevent political instability within communities.
