I intend to ingest paracetamol with the expectation that my discomfort will subsequently diminish.

its not migraine, but i do have respiratory tract infection.

for me its .is and just constant arguing, id say drink camomile tea and try to get some fresh air.

stay at home, use paracetamol/Ibuprofen if your temperature goes higher than 38C, treat a sore throat. If you have cold/flu for longer than week and a half then get medical help, it may evolve into pneumonia.

if you have body temperature less than 38-37.5 then it's not recommended as far as i know. Better read the instruction and take pills strictly according to the instructions.
