I'm only 22 and I'm at NW 3, I first noticed hair loss when I was 17, I woke up with a lot of single pieces of hair on my bed and noticed thinning on the sides, it has only gotten worse over the years, I have always had longer hair so it's way more noticeable, not too long but long enough that you can see strands falling out, I now wake up with way more hair on my bed than usual and it's only going to get worse

At NW3 it's not too late yet. Take Minoxidil or Finasteride immediately. Try to moneymaxx and get a hair transplant using preferably FUE3. You need 3000-5000 EUR depending on the amount of grafts you need to transplant.

I did the same in my late 20s and it worked. I'm still sub5 but at least I'm feeling comfortable in my own skin again.

Honestly, I used to have that at such an early age as well, but tthen I discovered the high fat, low carb diet and later the raw carnivore diet.

Never had an issue with hair loss ever since.

I first noticed mine at 23 (barbers commenting), now nw 6 I think at 33. Diffuse thinning, so I could cover it with toppik until 2 years ago. Not possible now obviously.
