It's Over My gums are swollen

When I woke up I noticed that about one side of my gums where swollen.
At first I thought maybe I had a stroke or something, but then I realised it's in the side of a tooth that has cavities on it.
Can't eat or drink anything because it feels incredibly uncomfortable and painful.
Hope this shit goes away fast.
