Brutal my fucking back hurts...

whenever i sit down for a few minutes and stand up, my back hurts like fucking hell, and it's gotten worse too.
recently, whenever i try to stand up from sitting down, i literally can't stand up fully straight.
and when i try to, it hurts like hell, i have to fucking sit or lay on the floor until i can muster up the strength and will to try to stand up.

and even when i do actually manage to stand up, it's not fully straight, i have to hunch a bit and walk like i'm holding in a shit.
speaking of shit, my back pain is so bad, it feels like i'm going to shit out my spinal cord (pretty metal).
rn, i'm sorting out getting registered with the local gp after i just moved to a new town on tuesday.
and knowing them, it will take a few slow, agonizing weeks.
