my flat had some interesting past tenants

i spoke to one of my neighbours a minute ago, an old boy named Andy, he's been living here for 2 years, he lives in the flat under mine.
we starting talking for a bit and he told me about the tenants who lived in this flat before me.

one was this foid who was in the army and got delayed to Iraq, hopefully the pakis gave her the lee rigby treatment.
at one point, 10 niggers (Jamaicans to be exact) lived here all at the same time.
one through parties all night and the other was one "prat" in Andy's words who stuck matches in the corridor light.
meaning the light would be on all day and night 24/7, so Andy and the woman upstairs would have to pay the bill, even after this guy left.
Andy also told me that he and this guy had a fight on boxing day, 2023.

Andy also told me that he's not around much because hes often away with his gf, so i won't see much of him.
pretty alright guy tbh.
