As someone who's done 2yrs of therapy involving various "experts", don't waste your time. ALL of them (even very highly trained ones) are more than happy to kill time and throw in a line from "psychologist de jour" like the cold shower guy or Huberman.

Someone who is incentivized to keep you hooked for endless sessions won't solve it, even if they could.
