whenever I look in the mirror or take a selfie it feels like somebody hits me with brutal force in my stomach so hard that I literally cant breathe but also have the strong urge to vomit and the same time.

adrenalin spikes lead to slightly sweating and I go in full fight/escape modus. my mind gets very clear and I can see my pupils get wider.

during this process all i can think is "oh god this isnt me. this cant be me. this isnt happening right now. holy shit- oh my fuckin god - fuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaark"
