The "Chad vs Virgin" meme is primarily a humorous internet meme that contrasts two contrasting stereotypes: Chad, who represents an idealized alpha male archetype, and Virgin, who represents a more socially awkward or less desirable stereotype.

Applying this meme to airplanes might be a bit of a stretch, but we can humor the idea.

In this context, "Chad" airplanes could be those that are sleek, powerful, and associated with luxury or high performance. These might include:

  1. Private Jets: Especially those used by celebrities, CEOs, and the ultra-wealthy.
  2. Supersonic Jets: Like the Concorde (although it's no longer in service), or potential future supersonic passenger jets.
  3. Luxury Airlines: Airlines that offer first-class or business-class experiences with luxurious amenities and services.
On the other hand, "Virgin" airplanes could be those that are more utilitarian, budget-friendly, or less flashy:

  1. Economy Class: The standard commercial airliners where most passengers sit, offering basic amenities without frills.
  2. Regional Jets: Smaller aircraft used for short-haul flights or regional routes, often with fewer amenities.
  3. Cargo Planes: While not typically associated with passengers, cargo planes like the Boeing 747 freighters or the Airbus A330 Beluga might fit the "Virgin" archetype due to their focus on function over luxury.
As for what airplanes women might prefer, it's important to note that airplane preference is subjective and can vary greatly among individuals regardless of gender. However, some women might prefer airplanes that offer comfort, safety, and convenience. So, they might appreciate features like spacious seating, good in-flight entertainment options, and smooth flying experiences, regardless of whether the airplane fits the "Chad" or "Virgin" stereotype.

The P51-D mustang was my favorite WW2 fighter plane to fly in fighter ace 2 back in the early 2000s.

The most critical part of a flight is take off. By law an a/c must be able to sustain a take off with a single engine.

Pre flight checks list has over about 70 items, some automatic some manual.

The part of an a/c that requires the most maintainace is the toilets. Modern a/c's are very reliable.
