He was the only teacher who actually acknowledged my somewhat above average intelligence paired with autism while rest of the teachers just straight up mocked me or were often passive aggressive about it.

It might seem weird but he was inspirational, the strong silent type who did what he had to and faced things how they were.
imo he deserves this promotion where he can actually make an impact on administrative level, hope he does what's needed .
