Assuming a perfect Gaussian distribution, the smartest black man (at least 50% black admixture) alive has a statistically estimated genetic IQ of 170 (average genetic IQ of 80 for unmixed blacks)
Of course, most of black Africa is malnourished, which means that there could be none who exceeds the one in a million threshold (for the US population) in IQ
On the other hand, my father scored near the top on the mathematics section of College Entrance Strength Test (대입학력고사), an earlier version of the modern Suneung, when there were FAR more young adults than in today's South Korea, which would equate to normalized math Z score of +4.33 for East Asians, which would be around +5 SD in white math IQ (175 IQ), on top of having a similar amount of Google citations as Yasantha Rajakarunanayake, a man Jeff Bezos dubbed "the smartest guy at Princeton", despite quitting MUCH earlier in his own life
His verbal IQ is much lower in comparison, probably around my mother's level (120-130 verbal IQ), but that is partially cancelled out by his spatial IQ, which I believe to be somewhat higher than mine (+160 spatial IQ)
His composite IQ is probably somewhere between 150-170 IQ SD 15, which MIGHT make him smarter than the smartest black person currently alive on earth even without accounting for malnutrition (assuming genetic IQ is normally distributed at the extreme end for pure blacks with no admixture, since blacks with mixed admixture are a separate population with a different IQ curve + are not numerous enough to contain a genetic 170 IQ person on a normal curve)
