I got a doctors sick note for over a week due to an inflammation i had on my foot. During that time i cant do sports and what i do at my grandmas house is eat all day like a fatass. Its especially bad when the munchies kick in, i eat so much goyslop its insane. Even my grandma told me that i gained weight. First i didnt believe her and thought she just said that so i wouldnt eat so much, but the scale confirmed it.

But i dont wanna become a fatass and end up on "my 600 pounds life" one day, thats why i gotta stay fit
 
Most of it is water weight probably. You'd had to have eaten the equivalent of 4 big macs a day over your maintenance calories to gain 3kg in 2 weeks. That's why it's better to measure waist circumference to track how fat/slim you're getting.
 
Do some fasting and HIIT-training and you'll be alright.

Dont underestimate what i can eat in a day, for example just today i ate a cup of Greek yogurt, coffee, bread with salmon, a banana, 2 portions of Chicken with cream sauce and Gnocchi, 3 jelly donuts, 10 mozzarella sticks with dip and some cashews

Still it's pretty unlikely you've gained 3kg of fat. Whenever you eat more food than you immediately need, most of those calories get stored in your muscles in the form of glucose. And you need like 2.5 grams of water to store 1 gram of glucose. So it's pretty much impossible if you gained 3kg of weight that it's 3kg of fat. At worst it's half fat and half water.
And if you go back to eating like a human being, you'll lose most of those 3kg in a couple of days by pissing out all that excess water that's no longer needed because those glucose reserves in your muscles are the first to be spent before your body starts using those fat reserves.
What I'm saying is either don't worry, you didn't get that fat or if you're bloatmaxxing that you need to keep at it and eat even more.

I also thought i wasnt able to gain weight because of my fast metabolism, but it was actually because i have naturally low appetite. I used to be a skinnycel most of my life due to that. Calculate your calorie needs and then calculate your average caloric intake, i used to eat way less than i was supposed to.

Nah, I’m not low appetite. I eat around 3,500 calories a day and that’s more than average. Just not worth torturing myself to eat more

Nah, I’m not low appetite. I eat around 3,500 calories a day and that’s more than average. Just not worth torturing myself to eat more
Whats your height and weight ? Impossible to not gain weight when you eat that much, unless you have some metabolism disorder
