Serious My fasting joruney begins once again.

I WILL go 12-14 days without food,on nothing but water.
I will not fail again.It's been almolst 9months since I've cut my hair and this is the first time in my life.
I can dedicate to something.I've told the person who im living with,to stop buying food and to hide any sweets and shit from me.
Also to take my credit card away so i cant buy food.
I also have no money left in me,so i cant buy anything even if i wanted to.


As a synbol of this change.I will change my avatar to Balta from platinum end.
The angel who helped a truecel ascend from fatceldom.

Hopefully this can be my motivation for losing weight.

You don't need to lose it all at once. Treat the fast as a reset and then start eating better. And do short fasts every so often. I did a 2 day fast over a week ago and it helped me to eat better and not feel the need to stuff my fatass full of food, and now I intend to do 1 day fasts every Monday, and every few months a 3 day fast. All I'm doing intermittent fasting of the 16/8 pattern. This helps you not go looking for late night snacks.
