I've been eating raw meat for 3 years this month. My eyes were shit brown before starting, but after following Aajonus' protocol, my eyes are turning blue. I don't have any direct close up photos of my eyes before I started, so you'll have to trust me. My driver's license says brown tho.

As you can see below, the brown seems to be receeding inward. It used to be completely brown. There wasn't a LICK of blue in my eyes. Most of this happened in the first year and half by the way.

According to aajonus, the brown signifies toxins and metals from vaccines and slop food. Now that I'm eating clean food, it's clearing the brown

How do you explain the change though? They were SOLID brown 3 years ago, now they're slowly turning blue. My mother and brother both have baby blue eyes, with a slight ring of brown.

Look at the super blue ones. This was after he had gotten hella vaccines. They used to be dark blue then they turned a bit paler and a bit of brown ring. Mine are horribly brown because of all the vaccines.

It helped to have someone doing it for a long time I knew irl, like my brother. I've eaten rotten chicken, like 5month old out of the refrigerator green raw chicken. I'm fine. I've eaten raw meat everyday, even had some fish that had a worm in it. Totally fine. Lots of fermented milk, my brother had deer brains from roadkill.

My eyes have also gotten more light blue as well. Before they were more dark blue to them. It's not only the color of the eyes but it's also iridology. Some spots in the eyes also indicate toxins but i haven't gotten into the iridology, it's complex.

The amount of primalcels on this site still surprise me. I think i've met atleast 5 people on here who eats primal.

I would assume so. The diet is really just an avoidance of cooked food and toxins, these both being synonymous with eachother. So stay on the diet, eyes get lighter and stay lighter. Get off the diet, toxins begin accumulating again, thus eyes start turning dark.
