@IceMan2000 asked me on my profile to talk about this.

First off, inform yourself on this diet. Don't trust me.
Good sources online are

- dr. anthone chaddeee - > https://www.youtube.com/@anthonychaffeemd
- prof. bart kay -> https://www.youtube.com/@bart-kay
- dr. ken berry -> https://www.youtube.com/@KenDBerryMD
- dr shawn baker -> https://www.youtube.com/@ShawnBakerMD
- dave feldman -> https://www.youtube.com/@realDaveFeldman

Also go on these two subreddits for questions. If you do the diet and you feel weird or have a question, someone else 100% has asked it before:

Read the FAQs on these.

Here is my experience.
I had massive health issues for years, parents never gave a fuck.
The carnviore diet was the first thing that ever helped me.

List of issues I was dealing with:

- excessive sweating
- terrible body odor
- anxiety
- anger
- sugar crashes that send me into a semi-coma for hours
- numb toes and fingers
- terrible sleep, insomnia
- tooth decay with pain
- sticky, clammy skin
- itching rashes in my groin
- pustules and pimples on my face
- panic attacks (fish in particular)
- bloody stools (red blood)
- extreme bloating and flatulence
- inflamed, blocked sinuses
- blurry vision
- need for excessive water consumption, high water retention in body
- severe brain-fog
- joint stiffness
- pre diabetes (was told I had it year apart after routine blood work)

I also have autism which often comes with gut issues.

After going carnivore for a few months, ALL of the above symptoms disappeared..
Some tips and tricks and common things

1. Organ meats. There is debate on whether this is necessary or not. I don't eat them anymore, used to eat tons of liver. You decide. Anythony Chaffee, Bart Kay and Amber O'Earn say organs are not necessary. Dr Ken Berry recommends it I think.
2. Same goes for mineral supplements and salt. Some swear by it, some do not. Figure it out yourself. This is mostly tweaking stuff after you have transitioned.

3. Transition - please read up on "keto/carnivore flu" before you get into this. Transition slowly into the diet. Going keto first won't make it easier, thats what people say online. You would think it would be easier to transition from low-carb to zero-carb. Apparently not.

Personally, I sweated like crazy, had leg cramps, headaches, soft stool, was tired, nausea after eating too much fat. All of that went away after a month.
I take zero supplements.

4. What do I eat?
I live in Germany, beef is giga fucking expensive here. You cant even get american types of beef like ribeye steak, which is what a lot of burger carnivores swear by.
The only thing we have that comes even close to a fatty ribeye steak is pork belly (fat ratio in meat should be 1:1 fat protein in weigh and 80/20 in kcal).

So I only eat pork, occasionally beef, little bit of chicken and fish sometimes.

Since I cant get fatty ribeyes, I have to supplement with butter, lard or tallow. This can be hard at first, but you start liking fat as you get more into the diet. I can now eat like 100-200g of butter and now throw up. The only issue is that you shit yourself later if you over do it. Olive oil is also fine for some reason.

Depending on what your state is while going into the diet, and what your goals are, you will have to tweak the diet.

- for weight loss, do not undereat. It is not necessary just eat and listen to your body
- for healing, pay attention. You may do worse on some meats or maybe you cant do eggs. You have to figure that out yourself.
It is for this reason some people go only beef, salt and water for a month, before adding foods back in.

5. On raw advocates. If you feel better doing it that way, do it. Just mind your meat quality.
Many long term carnivores find themselves transitioning automatically in the direction of raw meat, or at least bleu cooked meat, which means the outside is seared, the inside is raw. You do you, listen to your body.

I have eaten rotten (high) meat before, rotten ground beef and liver. I tasted like ass and didnt make much of a difference for me, outside of smelling up my house (stinks like cat shit or really strong cheese. Some like the funk).

6. This part is for retarded people. I see this all the time on the subreddits. Carnivore means carnivore. Only meat if possible. Not meat + potatoes, not meat + coffee and protein powder, not meat and salad. It means you only eat meat and maybe some dairy. Butter does not count as dairy for some reason, cuz most people oddly have no issues with it.

7. OMAD - a lot of people automatically end up eating only one meal a day cuz meat and fat is so satiating. But this may not be good for everyone. Protein can make you hot and tired, and spacing it out to 2-3 or more meals a day can help. Just experiment.
This is the biggest takeaway from all this, you have to figure it out yourself.

That's all for now. There are other carnivore dieters in this forum, idk who exactly though.
The guy with the red sage profile pic is into Aajonus I think. Some others too. Cool Stuff.

Carnivore diet still mogs being a vegancuck.

I also want to switch to the primal carnivore diet completely. So far I have mostly been eating cooked steaks(sometimes medium rare) and liver very rarely but I want to try more organs like brain and kidneys. Where do you buy your meat and organs in Germany? It can be problematic to find good sources there because the animals are often fed a grain based diet and filled with antibiotics. Do you buy the meat online?

super market, I am poor. I cant afford giga high quality meat. Organs, I almost only ate chicken and beef liver in the past. Other organs I had was rabbit kidney and heart, chicken stomach and heart. Like I said in post, some say organs are not necessary so I dont eat them. When I get scurvy I will make thread on it.

I would go carnivore if I had any kind of hope

I can attest it does work, I'm a poorhealthcel, healthcare system failed me of course, I messed around with keto and carnivore for years, and it does work. Your health and mood both get significantly better, all my fellow poorhealthcels should give it a go

What were you eating before?
Everytime I hear from carnivore and keto it is some fatty who had Cheerios for breakfast and drank 3 liters of cola everyday.

Btw, raw anything is pretty retarded, humans have adapted to cooked food, and have been using fire to pre-digest for tens of thousands of years, best case scenario you just waste nutrients.

im from germany, my family raised me on a balanced diet at gunpoint. Very strict

- whole wheat bread (germany has best bread quality in world). This was eaten daily in the evening
- magarine
- animal products like twice a week (butter and eggs on weekend, sometimes chicken and like a slice of pork)
- potatoes, carrots, kraut, onions, garlic
- paprika/bell pepper
- apples and oranges
- wallnut, cherries and hazlenut from our yard

My weight has never gone over like 75kg, I am 179cm.
Usually my weight was 68-73kg.

The so called balanced diet is actually not ideal for your health since its largely plant based. No wonder you had health problems later, you didn't consume enough high quality animal products back then

it was only when I went carnivore that I realized my family is like 70% vegetarian jfl. We barely ate any meat or animal fats. Everything was just carbs and plants. No wonder I was fucked up.

Tbh twice a week for meat sounds like too little, even as a vegetarian. It's almost guaranteed you had iron deficiency at least.

Ironically I have insanely high levels of iron, if I went carnivore I would literally die.

sounds like a great way to get heart disease

@wasted12years thots?
It's a good diet (million times better than what most people eat today, goyslop and grains etc) but the problems with the carnivore diet is that you get overly acidic eating red meat alone all the time. Cooking the meat also makes it more acidic. You need to eat some alkaline foods to not become so acidic, like fruits and vegetable juice. Raw fish and raw chicken is also alkaline but when you cook those foods they become acidic.

Cooked carnivores also loves salt which is bad, and they often take supplements which is not good. When i ate cooked carnivore i got constipated so i had to start eating the primal diet/raw carnivore and that solved it. When you cook meat you form heterocyclic amines (cooked protein) and lipid peroxides (cooked fat) which is not optimal to consume over a long period of time. Alot of people, including carnivore dieters love charred/burned meat and that's also carcinogenic.

The reason most cooked carnivores dislike organ meats is because they often taste bad when you cook them. I can't stand cooked liver, it taste pretty bad but when i eat it raw it's delicious and earthy.
