I used to have dreams about the future and stuff and when I was like 5, 6, 7, I actually somehow had a dream which predicted what type of high school I would be attending (which I attend now), but they’d always have a few details off.

now my dreams are starting to get super realistic with real people and real situations, and I’m having them almost every night, or I don’t even know if I am. I don’t know if I’m day dreaming. My memory is also fucked too lol

Dreaming, or even daydreaming is one of the best copes. Downside is when you wake up/snap out of it, you have to face reality, which is often shit.
