It's a meme. Being a bit hyperactive isn't a mental illness, it's well within the bounds of normal psychology. You fell for a meme diagnosis that only exists so they can sell drugs. My brother had "ADD" so they gave him pills as a kid which literally made him suicidal. He had nothing wrong with him aside from just being an asshole.
