I don't think its just a fetish thing. I literally cannot imagine that I could find a soul mate in anyone who was not my (imaginary) sister. I think it might be because of my fear that any woman who wasn't blood related would eventually abandon me. I've never built a lasting relationship with any female who wasn't blood related to me and I'm afraid I might start getting turned off to women because of this.

I think the blood related thing might be more of the fetish part. Alot of people probably find the idea of impregnating a relative hot like in game of thrones. But for me it goes alot deeper than sex and might be because the only thing I could approximate to romantic love is familial love. In that case blood relation would not necessarily matter i guess.
