Literally one of the worst things to ever happen for me, sent me into a downwards spiral of depression and misery I still haven't climbed out of yet
 
My life has barely changed at all since covid lockdowns.

I can go to the grocery story without a mask on. And I can go to the gym. Otherwise my life is the same.
