I was warned before which I feel very bad and was worried about the job. However, it's been just weeks that I learned that my colleagues, including the foid colleagues, have been warned and they're writing a reply to this warning.

In addition, the colleagues also trashtalk the management a lot.

Interestingly, the devs are given more leeway, even though I've been warned before. Probably due to the fact that we are a small company and alienating the devs will cause significant disruption, because in many fields, only certain devs (or dev) knows how to do these things.

I think the foid colleagues got individually warned more.

I myself hold knowledge in many apps, of which I maintain entirely; training a new person to get used to the stack, the quirks, and my shitty AI generated slopcode will take months for every application.

The same can't be said by the administration staff, whose job consist of doing things with msword and PDF.

To me, this shows the brutal reality, especially when working in a small company. Stress, conflict, etc. As I said before, I have been warned as well, so no one is truly safe, and I am hella stressed out.
