My brother was going on about how "muh religion bad." I responded that all of the violence he blamed on religion was simply a result of human nature. As an example to prove my point I showed him the numbers of Christians killed by the USSR and Chinese government. Both atheist governments. I concluded that no matter the ideology or religion or lack thereof, human nature will always remain the same and thus violence and discrimination will continue to occur. He went completely silent and since then has not communicated with me again.

I've posted before but It's funny how so many atheists are basically no better than Christians with this ridiculous idea they have that humans are inherently "good" and just corrupted by muh evil boogieman.


I don't really care that he hasn't communicated with me. I have no interest talking to simple minded monkeys.

Agreed completely. Very wise words. Religion is an effective means of stabilizing society and establishing rules. When you remove religion you're left with its skeleton and inevitably instability and chaos as it's altered to benefit those with the power to distribute propaganda.

Not only that. Look at buddhist monks, christian monks, hindu saddhus etc. They inflict suffering on themselves, but they view their lives as meaningful and fulfilling specifically bec of that! Religion acts as an antidote to nihlism, it makes suffering and this shit world seem valueable to the extant self inflicted harm can be encouraged. If you or i were fapable of beliving in a god, our suffering would seem far more bearable. I used to be a retarded atheist type a few years back, but as i realized the value of religion i changed my mind completely. Is your brother a tankie lol?

That's 100% true. I've met oh so many atheist that made claims about objective morality and they couldn't back anything up. The final blackpill is moral antirealism, ie objective morality is made up.

Very accurate. Unless you have access to constant new experiences you will inevitably become numb. It's scientifically impossible not to. Your prefrontal cortex dulls to whatever thing that was once pleasurable if you do it repeatedly.

Thus their understanding of lets say judaism and christianity is rudimentary, but they still retain a general (like we mentioned) rleigious morality. Without religion however this morality becomes rather idiotic and far less impressive things like wokeness idk. Basically i am saying most secular people dont even think about religion or secularism so they take morality, their form of morality, for granted and never question its lack of legitimacy.

A true Christian would at least admit that man cannot be good or righteous by himself, that his nature, the desires of his heart, are evil and selfish. Because without God he is subject to the law of the flesh with all its enticements and temptations. Just look at ungodly foids, how they uninhibitedly live out their carnal hypergamous nature without regard to losses.

If God does not exist that means morality is either socially constructed in the individual minds of humans or based on instincts. People may virtue signal about racism yet everyone is inherently discriminatory because they have have instincts that are set against unattractive people. Thus they all end up hypocrites because at the end of the day the only "morals" that stay consistent are those based on instincts which are
• protect whamen
• worship attractive and tall men
• defend children who are cute
• dislike towards other men and the unattractive
Atheists like to argue that their modern progressive socially constructed morals are somehow the product of evolutionary adaption. The only thing that is a result of evolutionary adaption is people pretending to care about these "morals" for social validation.
