Do muay thai along with it too if your academy has an MMA team so you can legally beat the shit out of chad in competition. Dont listen to those dorks saying "jUst gEt a GUn", sure a gun is useful for home defense but you wont be using it when you are destroying chad thus you face no legal trouble
