The problem is with foid bosses is that they have a higher tendency to fall for the halo/horn effect with men; if they notice you're short/ugly/ethnic you'll be sure to be treated or reviewed as worse, thus ruining chances for raises/promotions and possibly even heightening the chance to be fired or otherwise laid off...

I wouldn't recommend staying in a place with foids being selectively given positions like that unless you feel like there's an actual solid reason you should.

Agreed there, although I would expand on this idea to say I would recommend organised mutual-aid style NEETing en masse. It might be a way to withdraw celibate labor power from the workforce as a first step toward the action part of the whitepill. I'm trying to expand on this idea with my Kämpferleben idea, which outlines the ideal structure and order of celibate life as organised existential revolt against the current mode of reproduction.
