I want to maim and kill pedestrians in GTA Chinatown wars. I want to blow up buildings in GTA Chinatown wars. I want to sabotage electrical grids in GTA Chinatown wars. I want to kidnap politicians and livestream their torture in GTA Chinatown wars. Anybody know any mods for this?
 
I had that game as a tween kek. Was pretty fun. I don't think it has too many mods though.
