I was skinny as fuck, ribs poking out, as a kid. Eversince i was 13 i got fat, never got to normal bmi.

Tried 2 times to lose weight. Lost like 5 kg and gained it back over the winter.
Am i coping or is being overweight my natural state?

Brutal indeed, hopefully, the next time I'll get weighted at my endocrinologist's, I'll manage to slim down enough to weight less, even if I'll have to starve myself in the days before that for it.
