My blackops2cel 3D attempt

I tried to make blackops2cel as character creation training for my Incel Visual Novel.
There's some noticeable hair clipping I couldn't fix, but I tried my best to match our lord and savior. 
What do you guys think?

I'll use the posed 3D characters as sprites for my VN. Made this Tyrone a while ago to test.
Would definitely do it in anime style if I knew how to draw, but oh well...
