You can't fix wide-set eyes, a long midface or a narrow and tiny skull with surgery (unless invasive in some cases). That's just naming a few

Well. Maybe if had the money, I could become 4-4.5/10 through this surgery, but it's not enough to ascend anyways.

Did you not read the text in parenthesis? I'm not getting an invasive surgery meant for the most deformed of patients, that's overkill
